What Your Team Will Do:

Teams that can keep their cool under pressure create better outcomes for children, families, and each other. This workshop will help your team:

  • Stay calm together – reduce stress and model steadiness for children.
  • Work productively – focus on what matters instead of getting stuck in chaos.
  • Take accountability – own actions and build trust as a group.
  • Reframe challenges – shift from blame to problem-solving.

Strengthen culture – create a consistent, reliable, and positive atmosphere

This program is specifically designed for Children’s Services and OSHC teams.

We come to you, afternoons, evenings, Saturdays or PD days. Sessions can be split over several days if preferred. We can come to you, or we can take your team off site for an hour or a whole weekend, the choice is yours!

After the workshop you'll see:

Educators taking ownership instead of blaming, avoiding, or making excuses.

Teams supporting each other to stay “between the flags” without it feeling punitive.

Calmer, more respectful interactions with fewer flare-ups and emotional reactions.

Immediate behaviour shifts that continue to grow in the weeks after the workshop.
