During this session you'll learn how to:

Step into your leadership role with confidence. In our Room Leader Fundamentals workshop, you’ll learn how to use safety and accountability to move your team from the comfort or anxiety zone into the high-performance zone. Discover the frameworks and mindset shifts that help you create a calm, capable, and consistent environment where Educators thrive.

You’ll uncover how strong communication transforms your leadership and revolutionises the way you run your room. We’ll explore how to build trust, give clear direction, and foster open dialogue that keeps your team aligned and motivated. Through practical examples and reflection, you’ll learn how to communicate expectations clearly, without micromanaging or creating stress.

Finally, we’ll focus on the “follow-through” that turns good intentions into real action. You’ll develop the skills to set clear expectations, check in meaningfully, and ensure things get done. By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with tools, language, and confidence to lead a safe, accountable, and high-performing team.
