In this session we look at how to create a culture of accountability. A culture of accountability is a service in which Educators quickly acknowledge their mistakes and focus on correcting the situation. They learn from the experiences rather than allocating blame. They keep their word and honour their promises. They push through challenges and find a way to get the job done.
Part 2. Attitudes – The good, the bad and the ugly Wednesday 18th May 2022 @ 10:00am AEST
Attitudes are more important than education, qualifications or skills. People might say the right things but you can feel their attitude. Some attitudes are going to promote team cohesiveness and others are going to destroy it. In this section we explore how bad attitudes can ruin your team and the 7 steps to turning them around.
Part 3. Creating the “Between the Flags” System Wednesday 25th May 2022 @ 10:00am AEST
Great leaders can clearly describe what “best practice” looks like. In this session you’ll learn the “Between the Flags” system and how you can implement it in your service. The “Between the Flags” system is designed to save you time and help you promote positive individual attitudes to improve team performance.

Some Educators can get stuck in a victim mentality which means tough issues remain unresolved. In this session we’ll look at psychological strategies to hold Educators accountable you’ll master the art of coaching for positive attitudes.
