Picture this: a service where responsibility is never dodged, motivation is abundant, and positive attitudes radiate from every Educator.
We can help your Educators to say goodbye to blame, excuses and denial, and say hello, to a new positive team culture
Please join us on Tuesday 26th October for a special webinar introduction to our brand-new ‘Between the Flags’ team workshop.
Between the Flags is our in-house face-to-face Educator Accountability team workshop. Since this program launched in 2019, we've worked with over 500 early learning and OSHC services from all over Australia. We deliver the program to your whole team on-site at a time to suit you.
In this free introductory webinar, you’ll hear how hundreds of services have used this program to boost morale, spark their team’s positivity and accelerate personal accountability.
