The Leadership Umbrella is an authentic opportunity to cultivate a positive workplace culture and help Educators reach their full potential.

Previously, our outdated approach to leadership has resulted in cultures of miscommunication, fault-finding and finger-pointing. We need a new, courageous way to lead. Through the Leadership Umbrella program, leaders can unlock the potential of their teams and create a thriving collaborative culture focused on growth.

A leader’s role is to create a safe space for people to speak up, make mistakes, and bring their full selves to work. It’s only when Educators feel safe at work that they take accountability, use their initiative and support each other.
