Which Educator Leadership Lens Do You Use?

Leading Educators can be challenging.

One day you're supporting a team member, the next you're making a difficult decision, and sometimes you're trying to work out what the real problem actually is.

When something goes wrong, leaders often respond in different ways.

Some focus on the person.
Some focus on the policy.
Some focus on staffing.
Some focus on the culture.

Understanding your leadership lens helps you step back, see the bigger picture, and choose the right response.

In this free 45-minute Professional Development session, designed for new, emerging and experienced leaders, we explore the four leadership lenses and how they influence everyday decisions in services.

You’ll receive a personalised leadership self-assessment and practical strategies to help you:

  • make clearer decisions
  • respond confidently to challenges
  • understand why some Educators resist change
  • motivate teams to move forward

Join us and be part of our mission to build positive, capable Early Childhood and OSHC teams.
