Do you want to be happier and calmer at work?
Welcome to the Mindful Leader and Wellbeing Conference. This amazing 1-day event will teach you the skills to become more mindful and calmer in your day-to-day tasks. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to improve your physical and mental well-being and prevent burn-out and anxiety. Mindfulness allows you to be open, calm and reflective when dealing with staff, children and families.
Mindfulness doesn’t start in the classroom, it starts in the mind.
During the conference sessions, we’ll explore what it takes to be a Mindful Leader and respond to the challenging and reactive demands of the role. You’ll discover how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily practice so that you can improve your well-being, overcome stress and reduce the cortisol levels in your bloodstream.
Being mindful is being present when working with the children. It’s being engaged, without distraction or conflict, mindfulness allows you to focus your attention on the interaction, creating a truly meaningful learning experience.
Now is the time to make wellness a resolution in 2020!
During the day we’ll explore the 5 core components of mindfulness, attention and the now, understanding thoughts, emotions and behaviours, improving efficiency and enhancing your relationships.
You’ll leave the conference with answers to the big questions in life and uncover what will bring you lasting, genuine mindfulness.
