Picture this: a service where responsibility is never dodged, motivation is abundant, and positive attitudes radiate from every Educator.
We can help your Educators say goodbye to blame, excuses and denial and say hello to a new positive team culture.
Please join us on Wednesday, 19th March 2025, for a special webinar introduction to our ‘Between the Flags’ team workshop.

In this free introductory webinar, you’ll hear how hundreds of services have used this program to boost morale, spark their team’s positivity and accelerate personal accountability.
