- Complete an insightful personality-style quiz to identify each Educators' unique style.
- Explore the essentials of an effective team.
- Explore why some styles clash and other styles click.
- Uncover practical tools to increase respectful communication.
- Explore how Educators can modify our approach to bring out the best in each other.
We unpack how staff members interact. Why are some Educators direct, overly assertive and prone to talking over others? Why are some team members more reserved and hesitant to speak up? We explore how these differences in personality can create tension and affect team cohesion. Through our personality-style quiz, your team gains clear insight into these patterns and what drives them.
We then look at practical tools and strategies that help create an environment where everyone is heard and respected. This workshop gives your team a shared vocabulary so they can discuss their interactions in a non-confrontational and future-focused way.
This program is specifically designed for Children’s Services and OSHC teams.
We come to you on afternoons between 4pm and 8pm, Saturdays or PD days. Sessions can be split over multiple days if preferred. We can come to you or take your team off-site for an hour or a whole weekend.

What kind of support can I expect after the workshop?
All programs include post workshop phone calls. These phone calls are a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have or to design post workshop experiences.
Do you require a laptop and AV equipment?
No, the facilitator will bring all the resources needed for the workshop.

Yes, we can deliver the program at a time to suit you.
Can I replace a team meeting with a workshop?
Yes, lots of services have evolved their meeting night to focus on professional development. We can also present at PD days and conferences.
