Picture this: a workplace where responsibility is never dodged, motivation is abundant, and positive attitudes radiate from every member of your team.

If you’re dealing with negativity in the service this can seem like a distant dream. In this workshop we can help you take your team to the next level by shifting a culture of blame and excuses to one of personal responsibility and ownership.

By removing those bad habits and replacing them with positive ones, you can create a work environment where success is an inevitability, not a fantasy. Our brand-new 2-hour team workshop Between the Flags is designed to create a team of Educators with positive attitudes who take responsibility, see solutions and make things happen.

This program is specifically designed for Children’s Services and OSHC teams.

We come to you, afternoons, evenings, Saturdays or PD days. Sessions can be split over several days if preferred. We can come to you, or we can take your team off site for an hour or a whole weekend, the choice is yours!

    After the workshop you'll see:

Quickly acknowledge mistakes and focus on correcting the situation.

Learn from their experiences rather than allocating blame.

Keep their word and honour their promises.

Push through challenges and find a way to get the job done.

After this workshop you’ll be able to relax as your team takes on more responsibility and transforms with a bright new optimistic attitude.
